Gutters & Eavestroughs review in Burlington

Eavestrough was replaced by D'Angelo and Sons 2 1/2 years ago and we had an issue. The company responded to our issue and came out to fix the problem. Besides the original issue, we were very satisfied with the company;s work. The workers were nice, did the job quick and left little mess. We are also satisfied that the company came by to fix the problem.

Gutters & Eavestroughs review in Burlington

Eavestrough was replaced by D'Angelo and Sons 2 1/2 years ago on our 4 level side split. Little did we know that they did not do a proper job. The eavestrough from the upper roof had exposed opened ends that had water pouring directly onto the lower roof. There were no end caps or downspouts to direct the water to the lower eavestrough. Because of this, during one of the recent heavy rain days, we started getting a leak through one of the roof exhaust vents due to the water gushing out from the eavestrough from the upper to lower level. We had to call an emergency service to repair the leak which cost us $575. I then called the company to have them come fix the problem. I was told someone would get back to me to arrange to fix it. i have not heard back from anyone and I have now called them 3 times. i now have to take them to small claims court to get this issue resolved. DO NOT use this company unless you want to pay for incomplete work!
