REVIEW ONE MONTH FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF WORK:
It is a shame and unfortunate that the original work this company completed has been tarnished by the lack of customer care once they complete the job. I was originally very pleased with the work completed (as you can see below in my original review) but have to say that the experience since has been far different. We have had several of our plants and one cedar tree die. Jude at Curbzs promised us a plant/tree warranty for the remainder of the season. We have emailed her 5 times since regarding this issue and they have yet to arrive to replace and fix these issues. I suggest that if you contract this company to take this into consideration because once that final payment is made you will find it incredibly difficult to get a hold of them let alone have them return to warranty your job (should you have a problem). It is a shame that the aftercare had to tarnish the great work they originally completed. A company must be judged for the overall work, including honoring the terms of the contract and warranties. In landscaping, plant warranties are vital as all nurseries offer them. For this company not to honor the terms of their contact is negligent and must outlined to anyone looking to use them. For this reason i would not recommend them to anyone or use their services. As a consumer i should be as important prior to making a payment as I am following the final payment. With Curbs it appears you only matter when you owe them money; because once they receive their final payment you and your concerns become invisible.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
We contacted Jude and her team to create a front and backyard garden as well as re sod the back yard of our home. She was great and assisted with our garden design and worked with us on achieving it all within our budget.
The crew was courteous and very professional. They all went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries we had. We had several other quotes for the work but I have to admit we could not be more satisfied with Jude and her team. Once the work was completed they removed any garbage as well as cleaned and washed the entire property. Two weeks later Jude returned to the property to plant an additional vine and place an armour stone she had promised us in one of our garden beds.
I must admit my wife and I could not be happier with the project and team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping help!
