An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I own an older commercial live/work building in toronto and have had the opportunity to use Cummins Restoration's expertise in restoration and brick work pointing twice in the past 6 years and have found his work exemplary. He started and finished each job well on time and to my satisfaction. I have recommended him to other building and home owners and feel very comfortable doing so in the future. If I was to rate this company for its quality of work - 1 to 5 with 5 being extremely satisfied, I would not hesitate to give it the top 5 and I look forward to working with them again should I need them.
