Country Store (The)

I had been searching all over the city for the perfect dining room table, and I immediately fell in love with a company called Camlen. A friend of mine suggested The Country Store on Bayview, and assured me that I wouldn't find better prices or such an extensive catalogue anywhere else. She was right!
The customer service was fantastic, the furniture; as well as their smaller items were all stunning and the price was definitely right!
The whole proccess of ordering the table, including delivery was quick and efficient and we could not be happier with our beautiful harvest table!

We just discovered the country store warehouse by chance - i don't think they are open during the week? - bought an beautiful antique table & 6 chairs for less than what we think the table was worth - and
we could have it immediately. Definitely going back.

From help designing my cabinet to choosing my colours the staff at the country store was absolutely fantastic. I was advised 6-8 weeks delivery and it was ready in 6. I am thrilled with the time and care the staff took with my project and will definitely be going to them first for my next custom piece. By the way, the cabinet is beautiful and everyone who comes into our chalet asks about it.

We purchased a bedroom suite in early february - it has already
been delivered and we love it. Great staff, beautiful golden

I have always loved this store, until i purchased a dining room set.
The customer service was lousy. The owner would not return calls and the order was very delayed.

All i wanted was a response, with the acknowledgement of the situation. Instead the owner chose to not handle the situation very well and has lost all of my business.

We purchased a bedroom set from the Country Store and we are thrilled with it - you have your choice of stain, bedframe, side pieces...so you get exactly what you want. The delivery was a dream - arrived on time and were very careful in a somewhat challenging situation (very small landing at topof stairs and very large armoire)! I would definitely recommend and shop there myself!

Service around a bed that we ordered was the worst I have encountered in a long time. Although in the end they covered the cost of delivery, I was made to feel like I was in the wrong. I am left feeling relieved that I do not ever have to deal with this company again. It's too bad because the product is actually very nice, but I'm not going through that experience again.

We purchased a new coffee table/chest and wardrobe for our living room. The people at The Country Store provided great service and excellent prices. The craftsmanship of the item we purchased was second to none!

Delivered 1 week early and the staff was very friendly, helpful and
overall great to deal with. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a bit of country flare in their household

I ordered a dining room table and chairs on April 1, 2007 and today is June 20th -I have yet to have seen my chairs.
I have called the store numerous times, and they are giving me the run around.
