Worst Service from a Business
This company has the worst service I have ever experienced. I called for warranty repair in the winter, which was not completed correctly despite paying for full service of my furnace and air conditioning equipment. Now that the summer is here I find my AC is not working and trying to schedule more warranty service (as I have paid for annual maintenance) is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Each time I try to schedule an appointment it takes at least 30min on the phone. I have been cancelled on 3 times now, the first being due to "rain" while the sun was shining. Second was cancelled again due to weather, again I have no idea what weather. Both times I recieved calls cancellind AFTER the appointment time. At that point I was guaranteed I would be rescheduled as soon as I called to confirm. When I then called I was given an appointment a week away! I then called to confirm 2 days prior and was told they could do it a day earlier (today) and that no matter rain or shine they would be there. The appointment was at 3-5pm on Saturday of a long weekend for which I delayed my family plans. At 3:40 (40mins after the tech was supposed to be arriving) I received a call from the call center telling me they would have to reschedule again! This time for wednesday between 12-5 which makes no sense as we work like most and have no time to take to meet these guys so they can fix something that wasn't done right in the first place!
I cant believe the 5 star reviews are all real. The technicians may be good to deal with but the company doesn't care about the customers at all and they put no priority on people who have been cancelled on, especially when it is warranty work.
Do not pay for their maintenance they will not honour the warranty and you will end up paying someone else to fix it!
I have also found their own sales people posting 5 star reviews online, so be careful what you believe!
