Contex was called out to assess a leak through a rear wall after the doors and windows were replaced on that wall to fix an ongoing leak. We assessed the rear walls of a row of three townhouses.
I went out in the rain and sourced out the problems. We were contracted to replace three continuous flat roofs and the siding on the rear wall.
We executed the work and all leaks were caught immediately.
There was an extra to perform work if there were issues behind the original siding. We kept track of time and material and billed accordingly.
Roy paid his invoice in full, but there was a discrepancy with the middle townhouse owner in terms of actual man hours spent on each townhouse unit. After going back and forth several times over a period of time, we agreed with the middle townhouse owner in terms of man hours spent on each town house unit, which resulted in a credit for Roy.
I reply to my emails and we do return calls, maybe we did not return an email in a timely manor, I apologize for that.
To summarize: We sourced out and corrected a problem that the previous contractor did not. The work was done correctly and there are no leaks. The home owner was given a credit after the bill was paid. This customer and his wife were very pleasant to deal with. I am so disappointed with the two star rating. I don't know what else to say.
