I must say that I have to add to the list of bad reviews on this site. We made a purchase of 2 items on Oct.22/16 which was delivered faster than expected on Oct.28/16 which is the only good thing I have to say in this review. The delivery people (2 guys) were super fast delivering the items into my home, 5-7 mins. There was no paper work for me to sign or anything, no time to look over the items for damage. They were gone so fast. I was told later by Norma that they use contract movers to deliver there furniture etc.
I got my flashlight out to look over the side table and server shortly after and both items were damaged. The side table had bottom shelf split and the server had several scratches, clearly from delivery in my opinion. We went right up to the store as it was still open and the sales manager said not to worry, just email Norma the photos with invoice and it would be taken care of. Well, after multiple phone calls, Dec.16/16 there is apparently a repair man coming to replace the bottom shelf to the side table and look at the server to see if it is repairable. What kind of company would deliver you damaged furniture and not replaced it asap. If you buy anything like a car, you would not pick it up with scratches and dents. Then tell you we will fix it later, no they would replace the car.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT BUY HERE. I BOUGHT A COUCH HERE, IT WAS A 6-8 WEEK LEAD TIME IT TOOK 14 WEEKS FOR ME TO GET IT. NORMA (DEALS WITH ALL THE ORDERS) WAS ZERO HELP, AFTER 8 WEEKS HAD PASSED SHE THEN DECIDED TO LOOK UP WHY MY COUCH WAS DELAYED. ONLY BECAUSE I ASKED HER TOO. I THEN FIND OUT THAT THEY CAN'T MATCH THE FABRIC I PICKED FROM THE SHOWROOM BOOK AND THAT MY COUCH IS A DARK GREY NOW INSTEAD OF A LIGHT GREY. THIS WAS INFURIATING. SO FINE I SETTLE THEY OFFER TO PAY FOR MY DELIVERY. DELIVERY DAY COMES THEY SAY THE DELIVER PEOPLE WILL SHOW UP FROM 2-5 PM I MISS A DAY OF WORK FOR THIS DELIVERY AND OF COURSE THEY SHOW UP AT 6:45PM SO I TOOK A DAY OFF WORK FOR NO REASON AND THE FINAL KICKER! THEY FORGOT / DIDN'T SEND THE MIDDLE SECTION OF MY COUCH SO NOW AFTER 14 WEEKS OF WAITING I HAVE TWO ENDS OF A COUCH AND NO CENTER PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

Bought furniture from Concord Furniture. Worst experience ever. Very poor quality furniture. Tried to call back store, got no customer service what so ever. Stay away from them, you will regret it.

Worse service i just want to warn people dont go there..their furniture is fake i bought sofa from them they send me 2 months late now i cant even sit on it when i sit it just start slipping dancing coz stuff is so bad and its fake

Hidden Gem, beautiful furniture, amazing prices, beautiful accessories also, Amazing service, with very pleasant sales people , you fell at home, no pressure.
Delevery on time they put everything together for me, and they were very profetional , and friendly

We initially liked their service, John was funny & friendly but when it came to delivery, they were behind with no responses even after multiple follow up.

However, we went back 6 months later because we liked their selection and pricing. John was really nice again and we bought a sectional and mattress from them and mentioned the dining chair we bought from them 6 months ago has a little crack, they suggested to bring it back so they can fix it for us with no questions asked.

It's been almost a month and i am still waiting for my sectional.

I have had mixed dealing with them but i would definately go back, you just have to be patient with delivery.

Ordered in May 2015. End of Aug 2015 and no furniture. No returned calls until BBB got involved. Continue to get nothing but excuses. Do not buy from here! I also think the 1 positive review on here was written by the company because it contains the same spelling errors as a written statement I got from Concord!

There has got to be a reason they have been around since 1957!! Upon reading some of the reviews I felt compelled to write! The service, selection was unbelievable! Wish that all satisfied customers would write but it seems only the disappointed ones take the time to voice their oppinion. Proof is in the puuding, I think this retailer does an outstanding job and i think some of these other people shouild really see whats out there. Keep up the good work!!

Bought item in October 2014...told 3 weeks for delivery...Dec 2014 no item...given a gift for delay...told 3 more weeks...end of Jan 2015...no sofa... Requested refund told no refund unless gift given back...bad customer service...would never shop here again!

To be quite honest, I can't really fathom how this establishment is up and running. Someone has to be lampooning me. Norma, while I'm sure is a sweet woman is unable to keep an order straight. My partner and I would like to sleep on a comfortable bed, in our new home instead of a chesterfield that is currently ruining our backs. I wish I saw these reviews before purchasing. As everyone else has stated, Norma doe snot answer the phone, never calls back and has absolutely no idea about the status of an order. You know, an item that I paid for with hard earned money? Supposedly Norma is this God Send who knows all, who sees all yet she is no where to be seen. Who is she? Carman Sandiago? The bed is late. Late. Nothing more or nothing less. Late. This is beyond inconveniencing and as someone who works in sales, your customer service requires some serious retraining. I will not be ordering from here again.
