My computer crashed with Windows 10 becoming completely inaccessible. Data recovery was a big concern for me. Raymond was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. He inspired a lot of confidence, which greatly alleviated my concerns. He did an excellent job in recovering all of my data and offered great customer service. I would definitely recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
