Roofing review in

We had our roof boards replaced and shingled, new venting, insulation topped up and eaves with gutter covers done this past spring. It has now been over a year and I have been trying to get them to come and fix some issues for about a year. They sent someone to look but have not heard back. When I call they said they are still waiting for the report. Would not recommend this company.
