Cleanol Services Ltd.

Chose Cleanol assuming their years of existence assured their experienced and accountability. Neither are true. Every item them cleaned is still visibly filthy. Called them, wrote them, called them again and again. They finally came back once after I made a fuss, but didn't reclean. I sat in my office working, while I assumed they were working, but when I came out 15 minutes later, they were all gone, no truck in the driveway. I called again, and no one ever returned my calls. I only recently discovered that they broke the protective casters on the bottom of my couch and scratched the hardwood floors too. Just a little added bonus to remind me of them every time I see the gauge in the floor.
I spent over $1000 to have everything cleaned and I can honestly say that not one item they cleaned, (couches, dining room chairs, carpets, window shades) is stain free or even dust free. I have photos of their "after" work. Disgusting! Customer service nonexistent. Stay way! Find someone who cares. I don't know what has happened to them, but clearly they are not the old reliable Cleanol, my mom used when they were on WIlson Ave. Shame.
