I should have realized we were in trouble when the person who came to quote our full kitchen renovation kept insisting we had a second floor above the kitchen (we didn't).
They promised our kitchen would be completed in a month, and we bridge financed to allow them to have free reign of the house. They then didn't show up until 3 weeks after we took possession of our house.
I ended up doing the tear out of two walls and the old kitchen. They continually failed to return phone calls, and would deny that you had actually called.
It's 5 months later, and we are now finished (remember the one month promise).
Kitchen looks great, and the design was well done, however, we have holes in our walls behind the cabinets (Very cold kitchen in the winter), we have a ceiling that is still not up to standard, we have a microwave that's improperly installed, and we had to pay another contractor $900 to cover some of their mistakes.
IF you still hire this company, here are some tips....
1) Get EVERYTHING in writing
2) Only deal with Chris, avoid his other associate
3) Do not let them use Larry to do your work.
They received a 2 from me only because Chris was a good 20/20 designer.

I'm glad that you love your kitchen, and the additional granite upgrade that we gave you for no charge, but I am dismayed as to why you would be so harsh in your assessment and I respectfully disagree with what you have said. We have done hundreds and hundreds of beautiful kitchens whose owners are very pleased with the result and do hope that you will correct this post to show a less hard nosed and more positive and accurate account of the wonderful and beautiful kitchen we installed in your home and how different it looks from the original kitchen. I encourage you to contact me personally, so that we can discuss things directly.
