Thank you so much for the kind words and review Mark! That was an interesting one they tried slipping by us. The old, put a 2x4 in front of a bunch of mold trick! As they didn't know it was there. I always find that stuff amusing (even though I'm sure the you don't), how creative people can be by trying to cover something up. What's the point, it only makes me more suspicious when inspection the home. That is great you were able to use the inspection to your advantage when negotiating the price of the home. Thank you so much for the review Angela! I truly appreciate it! Hot or cold, you need answers, not excuses! You know, it is always the small things that can lead to much bigger problems if it is not addressed. I will mention things to people on an inspection (not necessarily in your case) where I will give them a "heads up" on something simple, they don't address it, and sure as heck six months after moving in they get problems. In many cases, it's the simple things that cause such grief for people. Anyways Angela, thanks again for the review and thanks again for choosing Classic Home Inspections!!!
