The windows are definitely a bummer. Even inexpensive ones are a lot of money. Fortunately not all of them require replacement. As I mentioned in previous reviews, many home sellers seem to be bringing me in to check out their home before putting it on the market. Not a bad idea really. In some cases I will even tell people how to fix the problem so it is not an issue when selling the home. So many things are such an easy fix it's just so much easier to show a person than to have someone come in and rip you off trying to make more money. As I was telling you, the first phase of the new homes were not really very good. However, the second and third phases are much better homes. Fortunately, yours falls into that category.
