An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had Brent do two inspections for us. We wanted to have our current home inspected before we listed it, just so there were no surprises for us or the new homebuyer. Then we had him inspect the home we just purchased. Both were done with such detail. Brent is so meticulous when he is inspecting. A friend had recommended him and told us he was good! As I mentioned in previous reviews, many home sellers seem to be bringing me in to check out their home before putting it on the market. Not a bad idea really. In some cases I will even tell people how to fix the problem so it is not an issue when selling the home. So many things are such an easy fix it's just so much easier to show a person than to have someone come in and rip you off trying to make more money.
