Home inspection in Mississauga
This was long overdue - Brent was very professional in his inspection, he was there early, on the roof doing his thing before we arrived. He provided a very thorough inspection report following his work in the home and sent us pictures that night! He found mould in the home behind suitcases in the furnace room - clearly not afraid to dig around! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

The oldest trick in the book, yet can be a very effective trick for homebuyers. Some homeowners are quite creative, much better than that! They will even write on boxes " very fragile, do not touch". Fine, I won't, but the homeowner will be. Then it's the old, "we never knew we had a leak with a bunch of mold there, it must be new". Hmmm, I'm sure.
