Home inspection (Tarion 1-year)
We brought Brent in to do our 1-year Tarion warranty form, and couldn't be happier with the job Brent did. The entire process was thorough, and Brent took the time to explain things to watch out for, and also put our minds at ease about a few issues we were wondering about. Brent was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure we understood some of the things he was looking for. While it will hopefully be many years before we move, I won't hesitate to call Brent again next time.

As I had mentioned at the inspection, certain new develpements like areas in Stouffville can be a hit or miss as far as quality of workmanship goes. However, in your case, it was minimal.
