Purchased a home with no conditions and we wanted to have some piece of mind from a professional's opinion. Thank you for the review Daniel! I really, truly appreciate it! That was somewhat of an interesting case, but not necessarily uncommon. Many people will purchase a home without the home inspection clause and for-go the inspection. Fortunately, aside from a bunch of knob and tube wiring that you already knew about, not much else that really had to be addressed.
