Brent was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspection of our recently purchased house. In addition to sending us over 100 photos he took while doing the inspection, he gave us a large binder with detailed notes on everything about the building both inside and out. He was also very friendly and willing to explain anything we didn't understand. Plus he has indicated that he is happy to answer any future questions we have by phone or email! We're extremely impressed with the level of service and would certainly recommend Classic Home Inspections to anyone looking for a home inspector in the GTA. It's also great that he seems to be one of the least expensive!
