Brent made time for us in a short amount of time. He was on time and was patient, honest in his report and we were able to finish the closing of a home purchase in a very short span of time *(under a month!). His report was well-organized and gave us food for thought with what we'll need to work on over time to make the house a home. He pointed out the deficiencies and highlighted the priority items.
I would definitely recommend him to others as his rates were reasonable and his photo report emailed helped us a lot with improvement plans.
