I won't elaborate too much here but it's amazing with what people will try and get away with. I mean really, all this with 2.5 year old home? They just blamed the builder? The builder can be blamed for a lot of things but I would highly doubt they did that laundry room the was it was. Otherwise, a real gem of a home! Hopefully all went well in the transaction.
