Brent did a great job. Right off the bat when I called him I knew I could trust him. He knew his stuff on the phone and quickly made me feel comfortable with him. Any question I asked he was able to give a well thought out response quickly.
The inspection process went very well, he took us through all parts of the house, carefully pointing out small areas of improvement that we should focus on after we move in, possible risks and mitigating steps we should take to reduce the risks.
When the inspection was done, he again walked us through his findings making sure that we were comfortable with his findings. He also promised to make himself available at any time in the future for questions.
For anyone buying a home and especially for first time buyers like myself, I highly recommend Brent.
