Geez, thanks Teach!!! Not a bad score but not perfect! Thanks soooo much for the rating/ review!!! This I really love! I see an A- for the knowledge. Well, I certainly don't claim to know it all, but I do hope that I was able to answer all your questions! Interesting how you rated what I wore to the inspection. I actually know home inspectors who show up in a nice clean golf shirt advertising their company with a nice pair of pants, even better, some will actually show up in a shirt and tie.
