Brent showed up to do our home inspection on short notice. He finished the inspection on time and he spent a lot of time explaining all the findings to us. His inspection report was very detailed and easy to understand.

Thank you so much for the review Drago ! Wow, what a Mt Pleasant beauty! At, least I thought so. Hopefully all went well with that one. Isn't it amazing that some electricians will replace some of the knob and tube wiring, but not all of it. I have no idea why. People paid to have the wiring updated. Then I come in an tell you there's still a bunch of it still present within the home. It always seems to throw a wrench into the mix. There's so many honest tradespeople out there doing a great job, yet there is still so many questionable ones who don't seem to care. Oh well, it can be replaced.
