Brent has done three home inspections for us and each time he has gone the extra mile. Brent takes the time and energy to do a thorough job, climbing on the roof or entering an attic when other inspectors wouldn't. I always find it so ammusing when realtors or homebuyers/sellers tell me, "wow, my home inspector doesn't do that". I simply respond, "hmmm, well they should be". Please understand this, most home inspectors are lazy. In my books, they give more excuses than they do answers. Which in turn, totally kills it for inspectors like myself who are trying the best they can. Thank you Sarah for the review, I do take these things seriously !!!
