Put a conditional offer on an older home subject to home inspection and so wanted a home inspector who would be experienced, knowledgeable, thorough and customer service oriented. Interviewed a few "Home Inspectors" and finally decided to go with Brent. I asked if he could better his price; he replied, "I hope you are not choosing me based on price." He showed up on time for inspection and then took his time walking with us through every part of the home conducting a thorough inspection.
