We found Brent here on Homestars. He arrived on time, told me everything I needed to know to maintain my new home, and did rush during the job. The first words out of his mouth were "I'm not leaving until you know everything you need to know about your home, and are comfortable with what I have told you". He is extremely professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

Thank you for the feedback Dominic!!! I truly appreciated it! You’re right, I wasn't going to leave the property until you understood everything. That is my goal, making sure you understand the home. At the end of the inspection I do try and ask if "you're okay with seeing everything", or want me to review anything. In the end, as long as you're happy, that's what matters to me.
