I could talk about houses all day. Aside from that, I feel that when a person hires me to look at a home, that they would want me to be as thorough as possible. I know that I would. I have said it in previous responses and I will say it here, a home inspector should be working with your best interests. Not worrying about rushing off to other home inspections to see how much money they can make in one day. Some inspectors will brag that they do three and four a day. Understand one thing; good inspectors don't do three or four in a day. They do a good thorough inspection so you understand everything, both major and minor.
