Thank you for the feedback Mike! Mike, new homes are interesting, you would think that they are easy to do. NOT TRUE! They actually take longer to inspect than 150 year old homes. I am actually impressed with the new homebuilders in Markham. I can honestly say, to me anyways, and I don't care who the builder is, that I have a very positive opinion of them as opposed to other areas of the GTA. To me, Markham and Richmond Hill seem to have more minor things. Yet there are other areas of the GTA where they just simply did a rush job. It shows!
