ESPICALLY to first time home buyers like yourself. ESPICALLY when it is still a relatively new home. Most first time home buyers are under the impression that since it's a new home there wouldn't really be any problems. How could there be, it's a new home? When I first got into home inspection many years ago, I thought the same.
