Many home inspectors want you to stay out of their way so they can get the job done and do a quick review at the end. I much prefer the person "shadow" me, asking as many questions as they can come up with. People have lots of questions and I want to answer them. Including how to operate a wood burning fireplace safely ! If it takes a little longer so be it. My goal is simply have you understand the home to its fullest.
