We hired a home sinpector when we purchased our first house. This inspector was in and out in 1 hour. I felt like I wasted my money. This guy didn't even do much. This time around I made sure that I read about reviews before I hired someone. I decided to go with Elie at Classic Home Inspections and they were great! They actually spent 3 hours making sure I was informed about the house. I'm very pleased. I'll definately use them again
