Brent did a very thorough inspection of the 25 year old home we bought. He is extremely pleasant to deal with. He took his time looking at everything in the house, inside and out. He climbed up on the roof and took his time checking it out, despite being a very cold winter day. He spent at least 15 minutes in the attic. He detailed any issues to us, explained how serious they were, and made many suggestions on how to remedy these issues. We would definitely use Brent again and would highly recommend him for home inspections.
