My husband I were finally ready to take a step forward together and purchase our first home. We placed an offer on a house and when it was accepted we searched for a home inspector that was highly recommended. Still not sure what to expect, we met with Brent to get the ball rolling. Brent was nice, presentable and very well informed. He surveyed the outside of the house, making sue to inspect every side as well as the roof. Once he was finished he made his way inside and inspected the electrical, plumbing, heating and the interior, making sure to take notes on his findings. He was very thorough and efficient, and his report at the end was well worth the wait. It was detailed and very easy to follow. It helped us confirm our decision and make one of the most important purchases in our lives. I highly recommend Brent from Classic Home Inspections and will be referring his services to my friends.
