Brent came on time. He took time go over my new property for any weaknesses and existing problems. I found him very knowledgable and helpful. Brent made a list of problems for my Tarrion warranty listings which has removed huge load of work for us. I am very happy to have Brent to have my home inspected. To me, he is someone you can rely for inspection.

Thank you so much Ashiqul! I really appreciate you taking the time to leave me a review! New homes are a bit different than when expecting old homes. At times, you will see things on a new home that I thought I would never see. Leaks? Mold? I wouldn't expect to see it but I do! I've even seen big time structural issues on new homes. The townhome in Oakville that I did a couple of years ago that was "pulling apart" was probably the best example...and the agent told the buyers "don't waste your money on an inspection"!
