I first contacted Brent for advice when we closed on our new home in January, 2012 and he was more than happy to answer some quick questions over the phone. I later contacted him to perform our One Year Tarion Inspection and he was great! Brent arrived on time and was very thorough starting from the outside of our home, then worked his way through the basement and up each floor, ending in the attic. He answered all our questions, provided a detailed inspection report, photos and also filled out the Tarion form on our behalf.
