I had a battery backup pump added to our existing sump pump (also installed by Clarke Basement Systems a few years ago). The company was friendly and knowledgeable on what services and products would best suit my needs. The technician, Ali, was very pleasant to talk to and he made sure to explain everything I needed to know about the battery backup pump. I would recommend this company to anyone who had basement needs!
