water leak and install dehumidifier
We had a sump pump and french drain installed a couple of years ago from Clarke and noticed a tiny bit of water coming thru a small crack in our cold room and asked Ron what we could do to solve this problem. Ron quickly sent my concerns to Rob who arranged to send Adam over at no cost to resolve the issue, I also ordered a commercial dehumidifier to be installed. Adam was courteous and very polite. He conveyed possible options and made appropriate recommendations as to how to resolve this issue and to find the perfect place to put our dehumidifier (needed a water port from our french drain and a outlet). He also inspected and cleaned out our sump pump. We trust this company because they have made our basement (in a hundred year old house), a very comfortable living space.
