This is the second house I have owned that I have used Clarke Basement Systems with.
I upgraded my house's sump pump with a pump and backup from Clarke Basement Systems in December. With that I added the iceguard to ensure that water would continue to be expelled during winter. This past Family Day weekend I heard my backup alarm and went down to investigate. I noticed that the pit was full of water and the pumps were not expelling water. I disconnected them so as not to ruin the motors and called Clarke Basement Systems. I had someone come by on a Sunday to resolve the problem with ice in my gooseneck. They did a great job.
