Circular Stairs & Railing

Ordered staircase from Dave from Circular Stair and Railing Company. Initially all was well, first 4 sets of stairs were delivered and installed. They were well constructed. Main hallway stairs did not fit, had to be reconstructed. Main hallway staircase delivered a second time and it did not fit and they had to remove it again. After multiple follow ups, calls were never returned. Process spanned 2 1/2 years... but no further staircases were delivered. Had to find another stair company to complete the job. Circular stairs had already taken majority of our money, but did not finish the job. 5 sets of stairs were still to be completed and were 90% paid for. We found out that Dave, who insisted he owned the company, was just a manager and never owned the company. We will never use or recommend this company to anyone ever again! Their delay caused the entire house schedule to be delayed our son's wedding was scheduled to be at the house but the wedding had to be relocated to a banquet hall. This man ruined our lives!
