our new roof was installed by a different company and after 4 years nails started to fall off the roof and a water stain appeared in the loft.
Chouinard Bros. replied quickly to my email and made an assessment of the damage and the repairs that were necessary to strop the leak.

I am sure there are some wonderful roofing companies who reliably and consistently provide good work and stand by their product. I however want to tell you about one such company. I have been a customer of Chouinard Brothers for the past 25+ years. They have replaced two of our roofs. They have consistently provided excellent work at what we thought was a competitive and reasonable price. We keep coming back to this company because they stand by their product. They installed a new roof four years ago and we developed a leak this past winter. They came out quickly and repaired the leak. As a result of the leak we had some damage to our ceiling fan. How many companies do you know would honour the replacement of that ceiling fan and its installation. They did without any difficulty. They truly have stood the test of time and have been a remarkable company. I can say that because I have been dealing with them over a number of decades. A special shout out to Linda who is an extremely efficient, responsive and capable individual. She coordinates all of their work and does it amazingly well. In addition, a shout out to Bob the general manager who runs a tight ship and makes sure that their customers are always satisfied. I’m delighted to recommend them, and I give them the highest ratings.
