Chouinard Bros Roofing

I used chouinard bros roofing many years ago and was very satisfied with their work. When i needed a new roof on the garage, i got a few quotes and was more than pleased with chouinard's price. In fact, many of the roofers listed here on homestars were much more expensive. The crew did a great job and the roof looks amazing. I used the shingle manufacturere's website to upload a photo of the garage and see what the shingles would look like--so there were no surprises. But, what was surprising was the raccoon that wandered into my garage the first week that the new roof was placed. It punched a hole in the roof trying to escape as the garage door had been closed and it was trapped. Chouinard bros came back and repaired the hole at no additional cost. They exceeded my expectations.

Ten years ago I had my roof done by Chouinard Bros. In January of 2013 while installing pot lights in my kitchen area I noticed a leak in my attic. I called Chouinard Bros and talked to Linda regarding the leak. Linda had a technician come out the same day, and he replaced the defective shingles. In October of 2013 while replacing my evastrophe I noticed that my most of my shingles curled and had lost that grainy texture. I contacted Linda of Choinard Bros to see about doing a warranty claim. They came out and took the necessary pictures and samples from my roof and got me a claim. In the time they had sent off my warranty claim (can take up to three months) I had them redo my roof. The estimator Krista was extremely knowledgeable. I strongly recommend that if any one decides to go with this company, that they call Krista. Her detail to customer Service is A+. Overall I was pleased with the roofing job but just a little disappointed with the flashing and cleanup work. Krista came out to insure me that the flashing around the chimney would be redone, which it was a week after. The tech’s who came out to redo the flashing (Ben and Adam) did a great job. I would like to thank Krista, Linda, Ben and Adam for a job well done and yes I would recommend Chouinard Bros.

In January we had a leak in our roof we contacted your company and an estimator ("Chevy" Halladay) came out promptly. His expertise and professionalism was the main reason we chose your company. His patience and understanding with me through the whole process, when there were a few hiccups, he rectified them right away. It was a stressful process for me but he made it less stressful. The roofers (Al) did a fantastic job!! I am so pleased with their work it was completed so quickly. Thank you to Bill Jack for a fantastic job on the trough and soffit (beautiful job). Just a quick note to say thanks to you and Chouinard for a great job on our roof this year. Neighbors have commented how nice it's made our place look. We can't help but agree - big improvement.
