Worst customer service experience ever. We ordered a couch from the mississauga location the first week in february with a timeline of 4-6 weeks given to us. After repeated promises of "next week", we were told that the manufacturer had gone out of business. It was then re-ordered and delivered EIGHT weeks later, but wouldn't fit through the door. I spoke with a man named "Earl" (he refused to give me his last name) who spoke with such disdain and disrespect, not even letting me finish my sentences, treating me like I was an imbecile Want to cancel the entire order as these people are rude and deceiving. Do NOT recommend this place for your next purchase. I plan to tell as many people as possible about the poor customer service.
