This store is a pain to deal with. This will be my first and last time buying from the Chesterfield shop. Their customer service is horrendous when trying to get answers. I had to fight with them to receive my couch for the holidays. Buyers beware, their fancy deposit system is a basically a ransom. and there is no cancellation structure. basically you are stuck.

When you "Special Order" to customize a sofa, there can be unforeseen delays from the manufacturer, especially leading up to the Christmas season rush. This is no excuse, but often these delays are simply out of our hands. We are thrilled you did receive your sofa, and hope that you had a happy and healthy holiday.
