We waited to post our review to give a different perspective after the job was done for few months. We are so very happy with how amazing our roof looks!! It has held through all the recent storms with the crazy gusty winds we have had the last couple of months.
Start to finish, our roofing group was professional, courteous and hard working group. From our first contact with Don and through to the management team of Cherry and Clark roofing, all are customer driven employees who work hard to make sure the customers are 100% satisfied.
The crew that came to our home in Courtice, were amazing! Showed up early in the morning and worked through the whole day with hardly needing us. When it rained a bit here and there, their enthusiasm never faltered. They had one thing in mind, to work hard and give us a beautiful roof by the end of the day. They picked up all the debris from roofing and gave us our property back the way they walk in that morning. Never seen such a hard working united group of employees.
Please pass on our appreciation for your dedication to everyone that was involved in our roof project from start to finish. You have a couple of very happy customers here.
The price was very reasonable for the quality of products we chose and for the amazing workmanship that was done on our roof. We highly recommend Cherry and Clark Roofing Company.

Started out well. Zale is professional and we went back and forth on the project a few times. Always called/ texted back in a timely manner including weekends which was very appreciated as I had a leaky roof and wanted to get going quickly. Got the job done on time. There was a problem as some of the work they said theyd do they didnt. Was quickly corrected as I hadnt paid them yet. They then asked for final payment which I did pay promptly but noted there was some damage they had done to some stucco. Everything had gone well up until then that I thought wouldnt be an issue...little did know.

I emailed and emailed and got nothing back. I got back in touch with Zale which quickly prompted at least a call back from the customer service guy. We arranged for me to call him on a Monday as I was travelling which I did. He never got back despite a voicemail and several texts. Its been around 3 months since I mentioned this damage they did and despite many emails /texts on my part, and empty promises on their part, nothing has been done. And oh yeah Ive collected around 25 roofing nails on the driveway which I can only guess are related to two recently flattened bike tires. I know theres lots of great reviews so all I can say is make sure everything is done before you pay these guys as customer service will completely ignore you. I gave a 5 ultimately as I have a roof now that doesnt appear to leak, the initial work was done promptly, and Zale has been very communicative. Unfortunately some others around him appear checked out.

My review seemed to draw more attention to this situation that had clearly fallen through the cracks. Took a while but all seems resolved.

Our roof looks amazing! Their team was prompt, cordial and listened to any comments or concerns we brought to their attention with nothing but professionalism and courtesy. They even cleaned up our property and made sure there were no loose ends thoroughly before they packed up. I would highly recommend working with Cherry and Clarke Roofing!

Roofing crew did great work, and were easy to deal with. The crew lead explained the work being done, and answered all of my questions.
The job supervisor reviewed the work in progress and when completed. Due to curved gables over the windows, he suggested options for properly roofing those areas. I chose metal roof caps for durability.
He brought in a metal roofing specialist, who was a real pro. One look at the metal caps, and you can see the superior workmanship.
Eaves trough crew were excellent. The lead explained the work to be done, doing a walk around the entire house. The end result was perfect, the best quality work.
Vinyl siding looks great. As with all the other work, it was a top quality installation.
The job supervisor followed up and personally inspected all the work himself. Talking with him, I could tell that he was the best at what he does. I really appreciate that he took the time to go over the entire project, offering suggestions on what would be the best options for a long lasting installation.

I would recommend this company to everyone installers sales people are all friendly. They clean up 100% and completed work in one day.Keep up the good work property owner and a 76 year old senior that lives alone and they did not try to take advantage of me.Thank you Robert Davidson

Splendid work start to finish-Mike, Senior Estimator; Allan and his excellent installation team; and Liz in the office all prompt, professional and personable. Our 40 year old garage looks like new!

From the sales representative to the people who executed the job, all were knowledgeable and professional.
The crew worked seamlessly, the job got terminated as scheduled and the site complete cleaned.

In a time when materials are scarce, scheduling is difficult and simply getting a response from a contractor can be difficult. I reached out to Cherry and Clark after reading some reviews on Homestars. I left a message (as I had done with multiple roofing companies), not really thinking I would get a response but hoping for the best nonetheless. To my surprise Don called me back rather quickly and scheduled an inspection for that week. Don showed up, did a full inspection (yes he even climbed up a ladder, whereas most roofing companies nowadays simply use satellite imagery to give quotes), was extremely professional and provided me with a quotation on the spot. Within 2 weeks our new roof was installed. The installation crew was tidy, fast and efficient, if it weren't for the fact that there was a new roof on our house I wouldn't have known anyone was there.
