Redo flat roof

Very frustrating experience overall. Couple of specific issues to highlight.

Bin delivery 8am, they got neighbour to run down stairs out of shower to get her to move car so they could dump bin on shared driveway space and block half of neighbours drive. Never discussed ahead of time.

Dumped the plywood stacks in front of the bin restricting the neighbours driveway further.

Showed up late first day due to crew lost keys around 11am – on a critical coordination day with mold remediators who were hired to work together - Cherry and Clark charged premium for this privileage.

Showed up at 9am on second day down a man due to sickness. understandable it happens.

Worked in the the late hours in the dark and cold to catch up after first two day delays – How good a job could they possibly be doing if they cannot see properly and the temperature drops.
When asked about ventilation – we were given a multiple option with additional costs associated with each one – point of the roof job was to get mold out of attic and make sure it does not come back
Paid a premium to Cherry and Clark for the coordination with mold remediation team which caused delays for the Mold crew and cost them at least half a day.
Chimney was falling apart (crumbling) I found this out later but Cherry and Clark never suggested repair or mentioned it.

I have since had other roofers to some minor repairs and apart from some soft spots on the roof they say the job is not too bad from what they can see.

As homeowner i have no idea how good the work is and can only comment on my experience with the company which i summarize as frustrating.

As a result i would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I apologize that we did not meet your expectations.
Prior to commencement we always plan ahead and notify our clients of deliveries and scheduling so they can prepare and make the necessary arrangements, we apologize if we did not provide you with enough lead time to notify your neighbour of the upcoming delivery.
We plan and coordinate all projects as to meet our deadlines, unfortunately during this installation our foreman did fall ill which led to some unexpected delays. Our team pushed on, and although they worked later than usual it was in an effort to finalize the roof and ensure your home was watertight. As to ensure quality was not compromised your installation was inspected upon completion.
Your roof warranty is also in place to offer piece of mind, should you require our team to return to service our work it will be at no cost to you as outlined by the terms and conditions of the contract.
Furthermore we have also reimbursed you the "premium" amount mentioned which was for downtime and coordinating associated with the mold remediation, this was done as an act of goodwill as the delays were a result of one of team members being ill.
We feel that we have done everything possible to remedy your concerns and are a little taken back by your review, in an effort to further resolve this matter please contact us directly to discuss.
