Very nice people but the trades they hire are hit or miss. The flooring people were excellent and quality very good. But the electrical and painting not so good. They seem very busy and can be hard to reach, and this can be frustrating. It is better to buy your own items as their store is convenient but overpriced.

Had squirrels nesting on my gutters. Called a few companies and Dan finally called me back. Came and completed the job as required. Very professional and was at the house as promised. Even texted me to inform me that they were running behind schedule. Thanks for taking care of the problem for us.....

We had used the company previously for a bathroom renovation 8 years previous and decided to use them again for our complete kitchen renovation. Rob, Anthony and Lorie (along with all of their associated trades people) and Richwood Quality Kitchen and Bath (supplier and installer of Cabinets) were a pure joy to work with. Schedules were clear and maintained, house was kept as clean as possible during the work period, they would call with any updates/complications and were always available to talk to and would ensure meeting times etc were convenient for all. I would have no reservations about using this company again for any future work for the house and would gladly recommend their services to anyone looking for an excellent contractor to work on their home. The entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. Thank you Rob, Anthony and Lorie - we absolutely love our new kitchen!!!

Having Celio Group do a 1-Kitchen and 2-Bathroom renovation in our condo in 2009 and being extremely satisfied, we contacted them again in 2014 when we decided it was time to replace our laminate flooring with wood-look tile. Celio Group came through again. Fantastic communication surrounding all aspects of the project, great work, and like the previous renovation, they were extremely respectful of the condo rules and co-ordinating with concierge and building management about work times, elevators, sound-dampening, etc. Top notch job once again. A+++.

We knew taking on a major renovation could be stressful however Rob and Anthony certainly made the process much easier. They were very honest, professional and always patient and accommodating. Our kitchen design went through many iterations (thanks Anthony!) and we cannot be happier with the end result. Rob was very upfront and honest with what to expect and the entire team was professional while delivering quality work. We would not hesitate to use the Celio Group again or recommend them to others.

We hired Rob and Anthony to completely renovate our kitchen, paint the entire house, install new carpet on the second floor, and do several other items. Overall we are very happy with the work that was done. The project did have a few hiccups along the way, partly because this was our first home purchase and first time doing a renovation of this magnitude. However, all along the way Rob and Anthony were supportive and helpful in trying to work through things. They provided many helpful design ideas and never tried to upsell. Most importantly I was impressed with their integrity and honesty. I will certainly keep Celio Group and Richwood Quality Kitchen and Bath in mind for our next project!

We decided to renovate our kitchen and were looking for a service provider that could provide us with both cabinet options, as well as general contractor services. After researching and meeting with several contractors, we felt that Rob and Anthony could provide us with the services we needed and within our budget. More importantly, we felt a level of trust with Rob and Anthony that made our decision to go with them an easy one.
Anthony provided us with different options in the layout of the kitchen and demonstrated patience with us when we were in decision mode. Once the renovation started, Rob and Anthony were professional, great to deal with, accessible and responsive to our questions and needs and accommodated us when we decided to make a last minute change with the placement of light fixtures.
We would certainly recommend them to others and would consider using their services again if the need arose.

After six years of living with our kitchen with its awkward layout we finally made the decision to renovate it. As this was our first major renovation in the house we were extremely concerned about finding the right company to work with. After meeting with Rob and Anthony we had full trust in them and felt that they were the right company to work with. They did a good job with the layout incorporating our requirements, making recommendations and staying within our budget. They're pleasant to work with and easy to reach. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone they could trust for their renovation.

We decided to renovate our master bathroom and as this was our first major renovation, we were a little unsure of where to start. After meeting with several other contractors, we contacted the Celio Group and scheduled a visit for an estimate. Right from the first phone call we were impressed with Celio Group- the receptionist (Lorie) was very friendly and booked a visit within three days with Anthony.

Anthony showed up on time, reviewed what we wanted to have done, asked lots of questions and did a drawing of the new layout, all within 30 minutes. Their estimate was in the range of what we thought and Anthony didn't try to up-sell any additions, as other contractors had. This was greatly appreciated as we knew exactly what we wanted.

Once we chose Celio Group, we met with Rob and Anthony to review the contract and confirm the schedule/details. We were expecting a baby close to the finish date and Rob assured me the work would be done before the baby arrived. And he was true to his word. We are very happy with our master bathroom and were impressed by the professionalism of Rob and Anthony and all of their tradesmen. We would definitely recommend them to friends/family and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
