Called Craig on a Sunday morning and he was able to show up within 2 hours. Craig came by to secure a tree limb that was at risk of falling and causing further damage to our neighbours' properties.
He is extremely patient, knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly willing to educate you about his business - which is trees of course. Craig took the time to explain to us the condition of our tree, future maintenance to consider and eased our concerns.
