After meeting with several potential companies and hearing the same song and dance, I was finally rescued from the direct sales pitch when Casa Bella arrived at my home. They took the time to first address our needs and then walked us thoroughout our home indicating options and expalining why they would or wouldn't use styles that we had already been told to go with. Throughout the consultation the agent was honest and his knowledge and expereince came through without the standard sales lines that we had heard. We signed the contract and within days we had a return visit to measure and prepare us for what was required. The actual installation was incredible. The crew was friendly, respectful and took care with everything they did. We left the foreman a key and every day we came home to new windows and frames without a mess or any indication that there was construction going on. The sales manager came towards the end of the week and inspected the work and asked if there was anything we needed. The entire expereince was incredible and we are loving the draftless new windows that actually work!
We would not only use Casa Bella again but would also reccomend them to anyone who requires new windows and frames
