Looked at several 'fly by' duct cleaners, some were too cheap (flags) and the other were too expensive (flag).
Capps gave a quote, spent time over the phone explaining (without ever engaging in pushy sales), and when we were ready, were accomodating to our schedule, what more can one seek. I appreciate their diligence, they were not the cheapest quote, but worthy of my business.
Our ducts smell like roses, did not smell, but I bet it would if I was to hahaha,. Go Capps,!
