We hired Paul for a simple duct cleaning job, but it turned out to be anything but that...when he found water in our dryer hose, he could have told us he couldnt clean it,and left -- but he did not. Over the course of a few days, he directed me to the right people to help us, guided me through hiring a roofer and eventually came back himself when I couldnt find a contractor to do the job required. He worked through all of our problems until we were completely satisfied - he was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Thanks Paul!!!
